Dylan Gotelli is the visionary founder and CEO of Closing Day, an escrow company dedicated to provide sound reliable title insurance and escrow services in an innovative, professional, and reliable manner. With over 30 years of experience in escrow, Dylan has been instrumental in driving innovation and growth.
Before founding Closing Day in 2001, Dylan started his career as an Escrow Officer back in 1994, where he built and maintained respected Broker/Agent relationships over the course of his tenure and successfully closed escrow for many homeowners, as well as commercial. Dylan's expertise in the closing industry, has positioned Closing day as one of the biggest escrow companies in New York.
Dylan is passionate about the people that make Closing Day grow and is extremely friendly and caring with his team. He is committed to taking the company into a future that not only covers the wave in escrow, but also fosters a culture enabling employees to live in a meaningful and purposeful way.
Dylan graduated from Cornell University as a Financial Analyst and resides in New York with his wife Claudia Gotelli, and their 3 kids, Bella, Aiden and Jake.
Timothy Allen
Head Escrow Officer
Timothy Allen is the Head Escrow Officer at Closing Day, where he leads a talented team in managing the escrow process for a wide range of commercial and residential transactions. With over 18 years of experience in the escrow and title industry, Timothy is dedicated to ensuring smooth and efficient closings for clients.
Prior to joining Closing Day in 2010, Timothy held key positions, where he honed his expertise in escrow management, compliance, and customer service. Timothy is recognized for his attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, making him a trusted partner for real estate professionals and clients alike.
Timothy is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in every transaction. He actively participates in industry organizations and regularly attends workshops to stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in the escrow field.
Timothy holds a bachelor degree in finance from Rice University and resides in New York. When Timothy isn't at the helm guiding Closing Day’s escrow operations, you can find him playing golf, or spending time with his wife Chloe, his 2 boys, Jake and Brad, and their golden retriever Baxter.
